Summer Delight

Quick, cheerful and tasty, this simple summer delight offers a combination of flavors that will surprise you, as well as looking colorful and inviting.

1 bag Krispkut™ Baby Spinach
2 mandarins (peeled, pith removed and broken into segments)
1 punnet strawberries (chopped to same size as mandarin segments)
1 red onion (halved and sliced)
¾ cup walnuts
1 bottle Krispkut™ Pomegranate & Blueberry Viniagrette

Place all ingredients on a platter and toss together – drizzle over dressing and simply serve and enjoy.
