Welcome on Board James Ferry

The NZFC Group welcomes James Ferry to the team at our Production Facility in Mt Wellington, Auckland. James will take up the role of Production Manager, responsible for the day to day operations of our processing facility.

Attracted to New Zealand’s climate and accompanying lifestyle, it’s beauty (which they consider similar to Scotland) and Kiwi’s passions for sport, James and his family have emigrated from Scotland, where he held a similar role with one of the UK’s largest freshcuts producers.

Along with his past experiences in the freshcuts industry, James brings with him a passion for soccer – he has set himself a challenge of converting us Kiwis!!!!

James began his career qualifying as a Maintenance fitter before moving into the Production arena over a range of industries, many in the food industry. In his last role with Kettle Produce James spent over 3 years implementing cost reduction initiatives along with waste control and efficiency improvements.

At NZFC we are looking forward to James being able to add his expertise to our state of the art production facilities and the efficiencies this will bring.
