Contemporary Café-Style Sandwiches!!

Sun Sprout was this year again happy to assist with Sponsorship of the Contemporary Café-Styled Sandwich Competition for Secondary School Students at the New Zealand Culinary Fare 2008, held recently. The competition is run in conjunction with the Restaurant Association of New Zealand.

Participating students had to devise a Sandwich Recipe using a minimum of three Sun Sprout products, and the innovation of these young budding creative chefs always amazes.

“We’re very proud to encourage young people to prepare food using healthy products”, says Managing Director Stephen Dench, “and our hearty congratulations to this year’s winner, Nolan Murray, of Southern Cross Campus, in Auckland”.
